Lost Bronze Day

Brozed Day made from original terracotta model in 1850 when it was in Haehnel's possession. The terracotta Day is in the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, Texas and does not have a foot.

This model was last in the possession of Edward Halprin, Vancouver, Canada, in 1972. The bronze is now in a private collection in the USA,

Early Photographs of the teracotta model in 1876 show the model with a foot. The statue must have broke and the foot lost after 1876.
